LOCTITE 401 is a general purpose instant adhesive designed for fast, strong bonding of close-fitting parts. Suitable for repairs and assembly, it bonds a wide range of materials, including metal, rubber, most plastics, wood, leather and fabric.

Its low-viscosity formulation spreads readily across mating surfaces, making it a practical choice for small components and applications requiring a close-fitting bond. Difficult-to-bond plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene require an appropriate primer.
