LOCTITE LB 8040 Freeze & Release is a penetrating aerosol lubricant designed to help free rusted, corroded and seized metal components. Suitable for maintenance and disassembly, it assists the removal of stubborn nuts, bolts and other metal parts.

Its shock-freezing action creates small cracks in the corrosion layer, allowing the lubricant to penetrate more effectively. Released components remain lubricated to assist further movement and removal.
